Good evening!  I'm sorry I missed posting yesterday.  If there was just a way to be a human being without actually having to sleep, I could get everything done.  And no, Red Man is NOT an option.  I stopped chewing years ago when they had to cut that tumor out of my lower lip.

One of my best and brightest Bud Williams Marketing pupils sent in a wonderfully written paragraph and I just have to share it:

"A change in the value of your inventory is not profit as professed by economists and those who work in banks, it is an unrealized capital gain. The only time profit can be realized is when you sell your inventory and replace it. The only time capital gain can be realized is on the terminal sell. The relative value of your inventory is inconsequential, and although it makes your balance sheet look better, it is not profit; and unlike actual profit, it will disappear with the next down-swing of the market."

YES!  YES!!  YES!!!  As a teacher, I can not describe the feeling of pride and joy that I feel at my friend's eloquent display of pure understanding.  Read his paragraph over and over again, think about what his words mean, and we'll go into more depth tomorrow.
