The KRVN Custom Ride went to the Merrick County Fair near Central City on August 3rd.   Dave Schroeder, Barb Maloney(Sales) and Dave's niece Belle took registrations before the Bull Ride event.   Local sponsors of this stopover include the Merrick County Fair Board, Central City Area Chamber of Commerce, Bill's Volume Sales and Senkbile Farm & Irrigation.   The KRVN crew met with many faithful listeners and longtime advertising friends of the station.   We drew four qualifiers at the this event!   They include Jack Sweet of Clarks, Gaylen Hanquist of Hordville, Buck Ulmstead of Palmer and Phillip Johnson of Central City.   The ride back to Lexington was a little dicey with storm reports of hail but, the crew returned safely encountering only rain between Elm Creek and Lexington.
