The Hamilton County Fair in Aurora was our destination on the next stop in the KRVN Road Trip with the Dodge Journey. The crew included myself(Dave Schroeder) my wife Joda, my niece Kaycia, KRVN Sales Rep. Barb Maloney along with special guest Roxann Ellison, owner of the Grand Island Hearing Aid Center. Grand Island Hearing Aid Center, Cornwell Inc. Land & Home Brokers/ Auctioneers and the Hamilton Couty Fair Board were the local sponsors for this event. We were also pleased to have Dan Bocklund with the Chasing 4 Life team join us. He talked about severe weather and also handed out an educational coloring book on severe weather to the kids. The three qualifiers we drew at this event include Nancy Wick of Riverdale, Eugene Griffith of Marquette and Kent Cornwell of Marquette. Fair activities on this night included a tractor pull and a steak sandwich meal sponsored by the York-Hamilton County Cattlemen’s Association.
