The CMA Awards begin in less than a half hour. Here are my last minute predictions. I had a had hard time separating who “I want” to win in each category from who “I think” will win. • Female Vocalist of The Year: (rooting for Miranda, but...) Taylor Swift

• Vocal Group of The Year: (love to see Zac Brown Band, but) Lady Antebellum

• Vocal Duo of The Year: Sugarland

• New Artist of The Year: (Jamey Johnson is my favorite new artist, but since I'm trying to guess the winner...) Darius Rucker

• Album of The Year: Jamey Johnson – That Lonesome Song

• Single of The Year: Billy Currington – “People Are Crazy”

• Song of The Year: Jamey Johnson – “In Color”

• Musical Event of The Year: Randy Travis and Carrie Underwood – “I Told You So”

• Video of The Year: Taylor Swift – “Love Story”
