Happy Day!

The Great Nebraska Tractor Ride was a great event and super fun for us.  My little girl was talking in her sleep last night saying something about "squirt guns" and "tractor ride, tractor ride, tractor ride."  My parents were able to help watch her so she was able to play in the ride Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  

This was the year of adaptability for the staff.  Our plans were modified for us at least in 3 of the locations but this family of staff just always steps up to just do what needs to be done.  Someone mentioned that we were family because our name tags all had the same last name -

There is a lot of truth that we are a family - we all love each other, respect each other, and also need a little time alone after 72 straight hours of hot sticky ever evolving days...Just like family. 

We are blessed in this company to have the individuals we do.  Hope you had a chance to meet them along the Ride!
