The perfect way to spend a sunny summer Sunday afternoon was at the Amherst mud drags.  It was hot and humid with very little breeze but the large crowd of spectators didn't seem to notice as they cheered on their favorite competitor.  Tim Peterson and Barb Margritz were on hand to enjoy the races as well as take registrations for the 09 Dodge Journey.  Our qualifier for this event was Ethan Hollertz of Holdrege.
