“A purse doesn't belong on the floor.” My Grandma always told me that and I took it as fact. But is there any real reason why a purse shouldn't be on the floor? Books, movies, church, politics, friends, family and something you heard 10 years ago can effect how you respond to things. That can be great, and it can also put a lid on your income! Why do some people become wildly successful and others do so-so?
I just finished reading a book by Randy Gage “Why You're Dumb, Sick & Broke...And How to Get Smart, Healthy & Rich!” Do you have “philosophies” that if you stopped to think about them, perhaps these thoughts should be challenged?
This book challenges politics, religion and some other sacred thoughts, however, I do believe people have put lids on their true potential. Maybe in order to grow your business and get to the next leve, maybe you need to analyze yourself and your thoughts...could be as simple as changing your own thoughts. He has some good thoughts to help make you healthy, wealthy and wise.
P.S. The Purse on the floor is a quote from his book that I used to illustrate his point.
Thanks
Judy
