Rod and Kim Zeigler and Tim Peterson headed South in Kansas for the Rooks County Free Fair in Stockton, Kansas.  It was a beautiful evening, with a hint of fall, perfect for attending the fair.  We had a great time and were right in the middle of all the action!  Best of all, we were close to some VERY good BBQ which we all enjoyed!  the carnival was close offering plenty of thrills for all ages.  Thanks to our local sponsors: Bar D Ranch, Registered Angus and Charolais, Don Hamit Realty and Auction and Poore Farms Labradors.  Our qualifier was Sherri Bergen of Orleans.  She now goes into the big drawing to be held in September after Husker Harvest Days.
