After spending an hour at home after our busy day in Stockville, Kim and I hit the road again on Saturday, July 17th for Waco Western Day. We parked on Main Street and were treated to a great BBQ pork sandwich for supper! (I never pass on BBQ) It was VERY hot there and we had quite a few people drive up, jump out of their car and register, then jump right back in again. Tim Peterson met us there and enjoyed the heat too! The sun was starting to set as we left Waco, and we ran into a storm between Elm Creek and Overton. No damage to the Custom Ride Dodge truck, and it came through it like a trooper.
