Living a life in the midst of disasters, it is often times so heartbreaking and so difficult on your mental status that you wish you could quit sometimes. Watching the lack of preparedness turn into consequence is perhaps the hardest for members of our team and there is often little relief from the pain in your heart as you witness these things over and over.
