On a beautiful Saturday evening, Dewey Nelson and his lovely wife Mary, traveled with Barb Maloney and her husband Jim to Ravenna and the Fireman's BBQ Fundraiser.  A great crowd was on hand for all the delicious food cooked by eight different entrants.  While everyone feasted the crowd was entertained by a very good band.  The Dodge Journey was a popular spot with many people stopping to register.  Sponsors bringing the Road Crew to Ravenna were Cargill Ag Horizons, Farmers Cooperative Association, Cenex, L & M Maching Tools and Town & Country Bank.  The qualifiers from Ravenna were Melody Bruce, Matt Christen, David Mock and Teresa Hongsermeir.
