Happy Day!

This past weekend, our family went to the pumpkin patch and while we were waiting for others to come back to the hayrack ride, a Grandma in her 50's asked, they have so many pumpkins - why don't they just give each kid a pumpkin?  They have plenty.

Where do you start with someone like that?  

Even people that live in this agriculture state don't understand the life of a farmer - take the time to share the story of the farmer -  not just any farmer - tell your own story!

Not sure what to say?  What are doing right now?  Raking, getting ready to bale, interrupted by rain, planning to wean calves, combining beans, fixing the gravity wagon, selling cattle...you got a lot going on!  Excitement and anxiety - all at the same time.
