Going to the dentist is like KNOWING you are going to be in a car accident and driving anyway.  The feeling of impending doom...the nervous tingling...the fear...

Good thing my 4 year old came with me to hold my hand.

Anyway, a day spent in beautiful sunny North Platte was only darkened by some guy's hand in my mouth along with an array of wierd torture devices that I swear they sell up by the register at Ace Hardware!  The 2 hour drive was spent listening to KRVN and wondering if everyone was out in the fields. I hope so. We have a good week for getting work done. No precip really to speak of, dry air, cold nights, warm days.

The flu is still around, the hazards of farming are still there and the deer are outnumbering cars on the road 12 to 1.  Let's all enjoy the week safely.  

Now, where did I put that bucket of painkillers...
