Another regular stop on our road journey is the 4th of July Celebration in Sumner. It was a blast! We lined up for the parade and were the 99th entry! We started out with lots of candy but there were lots more people lining the streets. After the parade we made a two hour stop at the park for registration. The cool weather had lots of people outside enjoying the day. Although the sky was overcast all morning we didn't feel a drop! Congratulations to Kenneth O'Mara of Eddyville. He was our lucky qualifier!
