Overton E. Hundley-(6-8-24 to 8/11/07)

"Doc" Hundley was born in Clay Center, Kansas, in 1924. He
served in the US Marine Corps from 2-24-43 to 2-24-47. 
"Doc" had achieved the rank of taff Sergeant with his unit,
MAWS #7,(Marine Air Warning Squadron #7). His radar unit
provided early warning of Japanese air strikes to our
fleet.  Following training in the US, Doc served with distinction
on Okinawa and briefly in China near the end of WWII. For
their efforts, the unit was awarded 2 Presidential Unit Citations.
