Dwight served in the Navy from Jan. 1951 to Nov. 1953 during
the Korean war. He served aboard the USS Endicott as a second
class radio operator.The Endicott was on coastal patrol as a mine
sweeper.  The Endicott patrolled both coastlines of Korea as far
north as the Russian border.
