I'm a little bit torn right now.  I really want to keep a blog and I want to start helping other Rails/Merb programmers by creating screencasts and by documenting the crazy things I run into, but I haven't had time.  I also want to work on the blog for my company to help my customers stay up-to-date on all of the happenings, new products, etc.  While all of this is going on, I'd love to start podcasting a regular tech show for our radio stations.

Guys like Gary Vaynerchuk seem to be able to do a thousand big projects at once, and do them well, so I need to figure out what they're doing right and what I'm doing wrong.  So many ideas and projects that I want to make happen, so little time :)
