The Charlie Daniels Band delivered one heck of a show Sunday afternoon at the Viaero Events Center in Kearney. The performance started with “Drinkin' My Baby Goodbye”, “The South's Gonna Do It Again”, and “Legend of Woolly Swamp” Charlie joked about the “global warming problem” that central Nebraska seemed to be ailing from on a frigid December day. He also talked about his support of America's troops, and suggested a common sense approach to our nations problems. The band was awesome. The crowd was even treated to a few Christmas song before Charlie Daniels finished with “The Devil Went Down To Georgia”.
