Sorry to have neglected the old KRVN blog last week.  I have a big conceptual post to start this week off with, though.  Yes, my posts both here and at the main blog at www.Barnhardt.biz of late have been more off-topic, which is to say not directly related to the cattle markets per se.  My only answer to that is, when your nation is under attack and in a state of full-on collapse, that tends to draw your focus.  I personally find it impossible to not speak out in that regard.  Many thanks for the stream of encouraging emails.  Now, on to the big concept of the day, which actually applies to almost every facet of life, including cattle production and marketing.

We all know that our education system has almost completely collapsed in the last 40 years.  One of the concepts that is no longer taught, but is utterly critical in any field, and in any functioning society is LOGIC.  Logic is the study of REASONING and is actually a mathematical concept.  That is probably why it is no longer taught.  Most folks with public school educations are incapable of balancing check books, calculating interest or even calculating change.  I saw a report the other day that 70% of public school graduates in the U.S. can not convert a fraction to a decimal, for example converting ¾ to 0.75.  I personally and experientially know this to be true.  Remember, I’m a math teacher.  With the broad literacy rate so low, it comes as no surprise that almost no one has any familiarity with LOGIC.

Logic concerns itself with statements such as “if X then Y” or “both X and Y” or “X equals Y”.  There are many other logical operations, but you get the idea.  What you do with these operations is to plug values into them and then you get and output which is either “True” or “False”.   For example, let’s look at the logical operation “X equals Y”:

A.       If X = 7 and Y = 7 then the operation is True

B.      If X = 7 and Y = 4 then the operation is False (because the premise is that of equality, and X and Y are not equal)

We’ve already run into a problem, haven’t we?  In our culture, we are strictly prohibited from acknowledging “truth”.  In fact, the concept of “truth” has become a blasphemy against the culture itself.  Perhaps you have heard this blasphemy called by its common name: intolerance.  Intolerance is, at its core, the unwillingness to surrender to a lie and denounce the truth.  The “tolerant” person would start from the premise that 7 and 4 are equal, thus yielding a result of “true” in our operation B above.  The tolerant person would argue that the equality of 4 and 7 is merely a matter of personal opinion.  The “tolerant” person would further argue that anyone who insists that 4 and 7 are unequal is a bigot, an ideologue and an extremist.  Once again, “tolerance” DEMANDS that its adherents embrace a lie and denounce the truth.  No society or culture can long survive if it exists in this framework, which is an aberration against the very nature of the universe itself.

So, the problem in the example above is that the foundational premise is FALSE.  4 and 7 are not equal.  If one begins any course in logical thought and reason from a foundation of a false premise, then all of the potential output derived from any logical operation can potentially be a “false truth”.  This is incredibly dangerous because the acceptance of false premises can lead to almost any outcome imaginable – including the mass extermination of human beings.  The loss of authentic truth is itself the core cause of almost every ill in our deeply broken world, culture, society and government.

Let’s look at some well-known false premises that are a part of our everyday lives:

Human beings are causing global climate change.

Livestock production is causing global climate change.

There is unnatural  global climate change.

Human activity can alter the global climate.

Health care is an unalienable human right.

A woman has a right to kill her unborn child.

Capitalism is bad.

No one should ever be poor.

Islam is a religion of peace.

Government redistribution of wealth helps poor people get out of poverty.

If one tries to build any system or thought process upon any of these false statements, the results can quickly degenerate into chaos.  Here are the same statements with Truth applied:

Human beings are not causing global climate change.

Livestock production is not causing global climate change.

There is no unnatural global climate change.

Human activity can not alter the global climate.

Health care is not an unalienable human right.

A woman does not have a right to kill her unborn child.

Capitalism is not bad.

No one should ever be poor if they are willing to perform valuable work.

Islam is a not religion of peace.

Government redistribution of wealth does not help poor people get out of poverty.

Can you imagine how our nation would change if we would voluntarily embrace truth and weed out false premises from our society and discourse?

Here’s the final concept and the reason I’m writing this little screed.  Logic is a true-false dynamic.  There is no grey.  What folks in agriculture and generally in the Constitutional, Capitalist-leaning parts of our society are doing is trying to compromise and find a happy medium between true and false in order to appear “nice” and “agreeable” and even “tolerant” within the culture.  This is suicidal madness and it has to stop.  Make no mistake, the more savvy people on the opposite side of the spectrum who are knowingly pushing these false-premise arguments are playing the contemporary Judeo-Christian proclivity towards “niceness at all costs” to the hilt.  This is how it works.  They will begin with a false premise such as:

4 equals 9,000,000

Folks on the side of truth will immediately rise up and object.  The other side then comes back with a revised false premise such as:

4 equals 7

We, the “nice” people look at the revised premise and say, “Well, that’s not NEARLY as bad.  Let’s accept this revised premise in the spirit of tolerance and cooperation.”

Here is the problem.  Both premises are INFINITELY false.  There are no degrees of “falseness”.  False is false.  Period.  Any false premise, no matter how small the logical error might be, can yield utter chaos if held as true.  If you don’t believe me, just ask any mathematician.  Or engineer.  Or computer programmer.  Those guys spend years, decades and lifetimes chasing miniscule logical errors that break down entire theories, plans and systems.

Now, to us in the cattle industry specifically.  We have got to stop compromising on this “global warming” crap.  We have to stop spewing these moronic platitudes that “global climate change is a serious problem, but . . . “  There is no unnatural global climate change whatsoever.  Livestock production does not affect the global climate in any way whatsoever.  If we persist in giving quarter to these incredibly dangerous false premises, CHAOS will be the result.  The logical conclusions that are the inevitable byproducts of these false premises include the limiting and eventual forced cessation of livestock production, planned starvation and eventually the extermination of entire human populations – all in the name of solving a problem which DOES NOT EXIST.  Members of the current administration have made it clear in no uncertain terms that the forced elimination of meat consumption (Czar Cass Sunstein), forced population reduction (Czar John Holdren) and mass extermination of “unreformable” human beings (Obama friend and political mentor Bill Ayres) are top shelf objectives.

There is only one way to fight this.  We must reconsecrate ourselves to Truth.  We must do this without hesitation, shame or delay.  When Truth is attacked, we must hold our ground at all costs.  AT ALL COSTS.  Any surrender is complete failure, both practically and morally.

The great thing about this is that this Truth that we are fighting for and using to guide our lives is not an abstract concept that exists only in our own minds.  This Truth that we cling to is a Person.  This Truth that we stake our lives on is the King of kings.  This Truth that we love and hold dear is Love Himself.  This Truth that is under such vicious attack has already conquered the ultimate defeat – death itself.  We are already guaranteed victory, provided we side with Him who is Truth.

Forecasters are killing the North American Cattle Industry.
"Global warming" is a complete fraud designed to advance the cause of socialism and enslave humanity.
Abortion is the murder of an innocent human being and is never justified under any circumstance whatsoever.
Every human being is a question, to which the ONLY answer is Jesus Christ.
